Privacy notice
Last updated: August 2026
This notice covers this website. How Syntropics handles the documents and data inside the product is set out in the agreement we sign with each customer — ask us for it and we will send it before you share anything.
What this site collects
Nothing at all unless you send us a form. There are no analytics, no advertising tags, no cookies and no third-party scripts on these pages. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which sees the request your browser makes for them.
What the forms collect
The demo form takes your name, work email address, company, an optional portfolio-size band and an optional message. The contact form takes your name, work email address, any guest addresses you add, an optional company and message, and the half-hour you picked. Both are the fields you can see — nothing is gathered in the background.
Where it goes
A submission is passed to Web3Forms, which relays it to our inbox and does not use it for anything else. From there it is an email between you and us. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list, and there is no CRM behind this site.
How long we keep it
Submissions stay in our inbox while we are in touch, and for up to 24 months after the last message if nothing comes of it — long enough to remember a conversation, not long enough to be a database. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You asked us to get in touch, so we have a legitimate interest in replying and in keeping enough of a record to know that we did. That is also why there is no consent checkbox: consent you could not refuse without abandoning the form would not be freely given, and so would not be valid.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it. Write to the address below and it will reach a person, not a queue. If we get it wrong you can complain to your national data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.
